Brand Manager - Global FMCG (Non-Food) Location: North Dublin (Hybrid: 3 Days WFH / 2 Days Office) Industry: FMCG - Non-Food Market: Irish Retail (Major Accounts) Are you ready to take ownership of a globally recognised FMCG brand and drive its success in the Irish retail market? We're looking for an ambitious Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, activation, and commercial performance across major retail customers in Ireland.
About the Role As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand plan for one of the world's most recognisable non-food FMCG products.
You will work closely with Irish retailers to strengthen distribution, visibility, and sales performance, using your commercial mindset and strong relationship-building skills to deliver growth.
What You'll Do Manage and grow key retail accounts across Ireland, including major multiples and national retail partners.
Own the development and execution of brand plans, promotions, and in-store activations.
Analyse market trends, category insights, and competitor performance to identify new opportunities.
Ensure strong brand presence, compliance, and product availability across all Irish retail channels.
Deliver commercial results in line with company targets and brand ambitions.
What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience in FMCG brand management, category management, or account management.
Proven success working with major retailers in Ireland.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn data into strategic actions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
