Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 4-star hotel in Dublin city centre.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service standards and a high level of guest satisfaction.
* Handle guest queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, providing effective resolutions.
* Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff by ensuring compliance with hotel Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements
* A proven track record in duty management, including cash handling and incident reporting.
* Minimum two years' experience in 4-star+ properties, with strong Food and Beverage management skills.
