Supply Chain & Manufacturing Technology Manager

**Hybrid - Dublin or Kilkenny

Permanent

Circa 90-110k per annum**

We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Supply Chain & Manufacturing Technology CoE Manager
to lead our Centre of Excellence for enterprise applications across Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality & Compliance.

Reporting to the Head of IT, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping and delivering a modern, scalable, and compliant application landscape that enables operational excellence and business growth.

The Role

You will own the strategy, governance, and performance of critical mid-office applications, driving innovation, standardisation, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and supply chain environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

* Define and deliver the roadmap for mid-office and O2C applications aligned to business strategy
* Partner with senior stakeholders to identify digital transformation and process optimisation opportunities across the end-to-end value chain

Application Ownership & Governance

* Own the full lifecycle of applications supporting Operations, Supply Chain, Quality & Compliance, and
Order to Cash
* Establish robust governance, documentation, and change control practices
* Manage strategic vendors and technology partners

People & Stakeholder Leadership

* Lead and develop a cross-functional team of analysts
* Act as the primary bridge between IT and business functions, including Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

* Drive best practices, standardisation, and platform reuse
* Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where they add value

Operational Excellence & Risk

* Ensure reliable support, maintenance, and continuous enhancement
* Monitor performance, KPIs, and platform adoption across O2C and operational systems
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, GDPR, and relevant regulatory standards

Project & Benefits Delivery

* Provide oversight on solution design, integration, and delivery
* Support project planning, resourcing, and on-time, on-budget execution
* Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes

About You

You are a confident technology leader with deep experience in
manufacturing and supply chain systems
, and a strong understanding of
Order to Cash
processes.

You bring:

* A degree in IT, Business Systems, or a related discipline
* 5+ years' experience
managing enterprise applications in manufacturing or agri-food environments
* Proven Order to Cash (O2C) experience
, including order management, fulfilment, billing, and integration with finance
* Strong understanding of mid-office systems and end-to-end process integration
* Hands-on experience with
SAP S/4HANA
,
MES
,
LIMS
, and related platforms
* Demonstrated success leading teams and managing external vendors
* A strategic mindset with strong technical credibility
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

* Experience in agri-food or cooperative environments
* Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, and regulated manufacturing frameworks
* Exposure to large-scale digital transformation programmes
* Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and risk management
