To ensure the brand and reputation of the hotel are always upheld.
Communicate with all departments - Front Office, F B and Kitchen all information that may assist guest care and any special requests with dates and times.
Maintain friendly guest care.
Prepare for the days Arrivals and Departures Control Check-out ensuring that all bill settlements and cashiering is completed correctly.
Check guest satisfaction and update the guest's profiles accordingly.
