We're seeking a driven and adaptable Field Manager to oversee a high-performing team of merchandisers across Cork and Limerick. This role offers a unique opportunity to build strong local retailer relationships while managing your own time in a dynamic field environment.

Key Details
* Location: Role is based in Cork with regular weekly travel to Limerick
* Transport: Own car essential – fuel card provided.
Your Role
Team & Performance Management
* Lead and motivate a team of merchandisers to deliver client KPIs and field excellence.
* Provide regular support, coaching, and feedback to drive individual and team success.
Scheduling & Coverage
* Manage weekly rosters and leave to ensure full coverage across your territory.
* Complete field visits to territory locations.
* Ensure optimal team deployment and efficiency.
Retail Execution
* Oversee all merchandising and orders.
* Guarantee execution aligns with both FMI and client standards.
Strategic Communication
* Collaborate with Brand Representatives and internal stakeholders to align on goals.
* Share insights and opportunities to continually elevate team and client outcomes.

* Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable performance improvements.
