Among Abbott Diabetes Care leading brands are the FreeStyle Precision, FreeStyle Lite and FreeStyle Libre systems.Main Purpose of RoleResponsible for managing the supply of materials to meet production requirements and maintain target stock levels according to pre-established demand. This role contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing process by ensuring the timely availability of materials and maximizing productivity. The Material Planner will work closely with cross-functional teams, as well as external suppliers, to achieve these objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain material schedules to ensure optimal inventory levels. Analyse and forecast material requirements based on production schedules and customer orders.Oversee and manage the supply of materials to meet production requirements and maintain optimum stock levels.Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
