Exhibition Experience Facilitator
We are seeking a confident and creative Exhibition Experience Facilitator to join our Visitor Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the visitor experience, ensuring all customers receive prompt and excellent service.
* Handle customer complaints with professionalism and strive for customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
* Deliver engaging interactive experiences, such as tasting and pouring beverages, with confidence and enthusiasm.
* Ensure all cash and credit transactions are carried out accurately and efficiently.
* Engage crowds and deliver informative showcase experiences, fostering a positive atmosphere for visitors.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in public speaking, entertaining, or performing is highly desirable.
* A minimum of one year's experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, tourism, or related industries is essential.
* Fluent English is required; proficiency in a second language is an added advantage.
