About the Role
The Customer Service Coordinator is a key position that involves managing service scheduling and system data to ensure smooth coordination between clients, service engineers, and internal teams.
This role requires strong communication, organisational, and planning skills, as well as familiarity with service processes.
* Schedule maintenance and service jobs with clients and engineers.
* Manage data entry and maintain the service scheduling system.
* Coordinate with stores to supply engineers with tools and calibration equipment.
* Track engineers' holidays to manage resource availability.
* Support software implementation and manage client callouts.
* Assist in KPI reporting and ensure documentation aligns with H&S and contract standards.
* Liaise daily with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Third level education.
* Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, engineering, or construction is a plus.
* Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
* Proficient in IT systems related to service coordination.
* Mechanical knowledge is beneficial but not required.
