Our distribution centre in Limerick, Dublin, or Belfast is now looking for a Quality Technical Administrator to join us as we continue to grow and innovate.
The role requires a candidate who will be responsive to customer needs, customer-centric, with attention to detail and focused on delivering quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all technical and quality requests are actioned and completed in a timely manner
Approve suppliers and products ensuring they meet key internal and external standards
Maintain FSSC/ISO accreditation as well as customers' own standards
Investigate, report, and complete product-related customer complaints in a timely manner
Compile and issue reports on Quality KPIs
Provide technical support for shared services across Sysco Ireland
Be a key team player in developing, implementing, and maintaining Food Safety Management Systems
Execute evaluations of Sysco brand products and follow up with corrective actions to suppliers and Sysco Corporation
Create and/or review product specifications for Sysco brand products providing timely responses and direction to internal and external stakeholders
Assist in product reviews and evaluations processes for Sysco Branded products to assess their suitability relative to Sysco requirements for product food safety and quality and follow up with corrective actions to suppliers and Sysco FSQA
Maintain records in accordance with corporate and auditing standards
Maintain an internal audit schedule and ensure records are maintained in accordance with corporate and auditing standards
Foster and drive Food Safety Culture within Sysco
