Day Shift l Manufacturing l General Operative - Fixed Term
Reporting to the AVS Lead, Responsible for testing, inspecting and packing of all finished product in all NHP Ireland LTD production areas.
In this role you will be responsible for
Testing of finished product being produced on production floor and recording results on designated quality approved documentation.
Monitoring and inspection of all finished product being manufactured in his/her area.
Packing of all finished product in his/her area and labeling of product with correct information for shipping to Warehouse packing area.
Taking an active role in keeping his/her area of work clean and tidy and maintaining the highest standard of GMP and Health & Safety.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
A General operator will be required to be flexible in his/her position and must be prepared to undertake such other work as may be assigned by the company from time to time.
Such work can be outside the area of his/ her normal duties.
Comply with the objectives of our QMS system in accordance with our internal quality documentation, ISO ***** standard, and standard operating procedures.
Mentor and train new employees
Complete documentation to a high standard of accuracy following our good manufacturing practice procedure
Ensure that safe working practices are adhered to at all times, including wearing PPE as appropriate.
Acquire knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, work instructions, and associated documentation.
Comply with all Health & Safety Policies
Education: Leaving Certificate or Equivalent
Specific Training and Experience:
Good teamwork and communication skills are essential.
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Decision making ability coupled with the ability to work on ones own initiative and with minimum supervision required.
Sound problem solving skills
General Operations experience is desirable
