Recruitment administrator

The ideal candidate will have experience in Recruitment Administration and a good understanding of the recruitment process.

Duties will include:

· Assist in the day to day recruitment activities – handling candidate enquiries, posting job advertisements, compliance, and updating the social media websites.

· Liaising with clients and candidates

· Recording recruitment data accurately in the Company database and in a timely manner.

· Manage all administration associated with recruiting

· Assisting with ad hoc duties

Applicants should:

· have experience working in an administrative role

· have excellent attention to detail

· have excellent verbal and written communication skills

· have the ability to multi-task, balance priorities, and take responsibility for the completion of the recruiting cycle.

· adept in Microsoft Office
