Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the supermarket Lead and supervise staff, ensuring excellent customer service and store standard Manage stock control, including ordering, stock rotation, and inventory management Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met Requirements: 1+ years of retail experience, ideally in a supervisory or team lead role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent leadership and communication abilities Ambition to progress into a full management role Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends Skills: RETAIL MANAGMENT STOCK CONTROL HR ISSUES
