The Ireland Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing payroll operations in Ireland, ensuring accurate and timely processing. This role requires supervision of cross-geo team members, collaboration with HR and management, and oversight of unique payroll tax situations.
This position involves final review of payroll to ensure processes and audits are completed, including calculation of time worked, shift differentials, sick leave, disability, and deductions. Additionally, the successful candidate will prepare monthly statistical reporting for management review and resolve payroll errors and assist with employee queries.
