Plant Manager
Contract Duration/Type: Permanent
Location: Castlebar, Co. Mayo
Hybrid/Onsite: Onsite
Overview of the role:
The successful candidate will manage the WasteWater treatment plant near Castlebar, Co. Mayo.

Duties of the Role include;
* Responsible for all aspects of the contract deliverable to the Client including but limited to:
* Coordinate the day to day management of a team of technicians on-site
* Trouble-shooting and high-level investigation of utility plant equipment faults and failures - root cause analysis
* Carry out planned preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as required Ensure PMs are completed on time
* Good knowledge and understanding of CMMS systems
* Develop PMs and Job Plans as well as SOPs for plant equipment.
* Review maintenance programme periodically to ensure optimal uptime levels are achieved
* Support and comply with all safety procedures
* Organise and managing subcontractors
* Compile monthly site reporting
* Attend liaison meetings with client
* Actively lead and promote a culture of Safety, Quality, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement in conjunction with QHSE team
Required skills for this role;
* Supervisory experience
* Degree qualified Level 7/8 preferably in mechanical/electrical engineering or senior trade qualification
* Experience in water/waste water industry and or maintenance management preferred but not essential
