HSEQ Advisor – Cork

Job Overview:
Our client, a leading contractor, is looking for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support a large-scale solar farm project.
This job is based in Cork with travel, supporting teams to manage hazards and ensure HSEQ compliance.
Job Summary:
Develop and maintain the HSEQT management system in line with ISO *****, ISO ****, and ISO *****.
Ensure compliance with all HSEQT legislation, statutory duties, and customer requirements.
Monitor, audit, and report HSEQT performance, including incidents, inspections, and KPIs.
Provide HSEQT advice and guidance to management and operational teams.
Manage risks and operational controls, including RAMS, construction plans, and subcontractor work.
Deliver training, promote best practice, and drive continual improvement across all operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Level 7 Degree qualified or the equivalent.
NEBOSH General Certificate or the equivalent.
Extensive experience within a civil engineering or telecommunications environment.
Strong PSDP experience.
Effective communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages.
CSCS Card.
A passion for Health, Safety, Environment & Quality.
Full, clean Irish Drivers Licence (manual)
