Executive Assistant County Kildare €70,000 - €75,000 A fast-growing organisation in the property development sector is seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide high level support to two Co-Founders.
This role involves a blend of executive support, personal assistance, office coordination, and travel management.
It offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders on impactful projects while operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and inboxes for two senior executives.
Prepare, edit, and format documents, board packs, contracts, and presentations.
Serve as a gatekeeper, screening communications and prioritising requests.
Coordinate domestic and international business and personal travel, including itineraries.
Support household and personal logistics, errands, and event planning with discretion.
Assist with basic financial administration, including invoice processing and monthly reports.
Provide office management support and occasional reception duties.
Organise board meetings, prepare agendas, compile materials, and take minutes.
Maintain records, filing systems, and confidential documentation.
Liaise confidently with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
Skills & Experience 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite individuals.
Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage legal and confidential documents with absolute discretion.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in property, construction, or real estate is desirable but not essential.
