Transport Planning Role We are seeking a skilled Transport Planner to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenges of coordinating logistics and ensuring seamless transportation operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing import/export operations, transport planning, POD management, job creation and invoicing, driver management, customer complaints resolution, call handling and delivery bookings.
Additionally,you should be able to communicate effectively with drivers via text/email/phoneand maintain accurate records using Customer Complaints/Non-Conformance Log.
Other key responsibilities include: Loading temperature alert management; Reporting discrepancies; Making ferry bookings; Informing customers about late deliveries before they occur.
