Project Coordinator
A skilled and experienced Project Coordinator is sought to lead the management of residential construction projects. As the ideal candidate, you will have a degree in Construction or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
The successful individual will be responsible for overseeing project programmes and ensuring they are followed through on site. They will also be accountable for maintaining open lines of communication with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the project team, providing overall project management, guidance and support.
* Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular updates and meetings.
* Work closely with other team members to ensure Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety aspects are adhered to.
