The Role
We're looking for a
high-energy, creative, execution-led marketing generalist
to help shape and run the overall marketing strategy for SQUID and Wave Points.
This role sits at the intersection of:
* lifecycle & CRM
* partner & B2B marketing
* consumer engagement
* messaging, narrative and campaigns
You won't just execute channels - you'll
think holistically
, spot opportunities, connect dots, and turn ideas into action.

* A marketing rhythm that feels focused, creative and effective
* Clear documentation for continuity
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years in marketing, growth, lifecycle, CRM or engagement roles
* Strong generalist mindset with the ability to go deep where needed
* Creative thinker with strong messaging and copy instincts
* Commercially minded - understands impact, not just activity
* Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently
* Experience in consumer apps, loyalty, fintech or marketplaces is a bonus
* High ownership, high energy, low ego
