* Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to convert leads into delighted customers.
* Build strong relationships with local communities through community events and initiatives.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of 35 years in field sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
* Proven leadership experience, having built and managed talent rather than just managing staff.
* A results-driven mindset: clear standards, real accountability, and motivation that drives performance.
* Commercial acumen backed by CRM and data analysis skills.
* Full Clean Driver's license.
