Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with students, parents, and staff to oversee the learning program, including Personal Learning Plans (PLPs), for students with disabilities or additional needs;
* Collaborate with learning leaders, assistant heads of campus, and teachers to develop suitable pedagogy to support students with diverse learning needs;
* Lead staff in the department at the individual campus, overseeing departmental processes aligned with the Response to Intervention (RtI) model and the Disability Standards for Education;
* Perform other duties as requested by the principal or college improvement team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong leadership and communication skills;
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students;
* Knowledge of disability standards and response to intervention models;
* Experience in leading teams and developing inclusive educational programs.
