As a seasoned retail professional, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance and operational excellence across our multi-site retail business.
* Provide strategic leadership to the retail network to achieve sales growth, margin expansion, and customer engagement.
* Lead store management teams to deliver exceptional results through training, development, and accountability.
* Develop and execute innovative strategies to maximize revenue growth while maintaining optimal stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyse sales data, market trends, and operational metrics to inform decision-making.
2. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Develop effective workforce planning strategies incorporating recruitment & succession planning, training, nd workforce efficiency.
