AXA Partners is seeking Senior Application Analyst to join the team in Shannon. An exciting opportunity to proactively engage in the support and cost effective delivery of support solutions for a vast number of Business Applications across 25 countries. Serving as a liaison between the IT and the Business organizations, the Senior Application Analyst will perform a key role within AXA Partners IT.What You'll Be DoingServe as a Senior Application Analyst on IT Business ApplicationsAnalyses and validates Support incidents and resolves if possible on first contactManaging Tickets on Various Ticketing SystemsTranslates Support Incidents into defect tracking tool and liaises with 3rd line support functions or suppliers to manage deliveryEnsure pro-active management of incidents and communication regarding the progress with client groups and wider business as necessaryServes as direct liaison to the business in order to manage the Product Owners prioritizationMaintains functional peer relationships across the various business functions, clients and suppliersParticipates in continuous process improvement activities and support quality initiativesSupports operations with ad hoc queries/questions and Application Training needsManages communication for System Performance Issues with the business and the Network, DBA, Server teamsManages associated Change Controls as part of the Release Management ProcessSupports IT Strategic Projects including Application Platform migrations such as transition to CloudDelivery of Technical Enhancements to supported ApplicationsEngages in resolutions for IT controllership issues/tasks for Support FunctionWilling to take on support ownership of new applications including Training/Learning/Engaging with SuppliersManage and maintain the related tools such as Application Servers & Application ServicesTest, Debug and Troubleshoot the applications, as requiredCollaborate with other teams with IT and Business for end-to-end delivery of the solutionsMentoring Team Members to pro-actively share knowledge, expertise and advice, providing knowledge transfer with in the TeamWhat You'll BringExperience in SLA delivery and working under pressureExperience in client engagement and an appreciation of excellence in customer serviceExperience in Business and Systems analysisFamiliarity with basic networking and infrastructure design principlesSolid written and oral communication.
