We are seeking a highly skilled Training Program Manager to lead the design, implementation and management of our scientific training programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering lab-based training, strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities include reviewing current training, identifying areas for improvement and developing new training solutions to enhance the technical and compliance-related knowledge of our QC and QA analysts. This role requires a high level of organization, efficiency and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable with change and have a strong desire to continuously improve our training initiatives.
The Training Program Manager will lead a team of trainers and collaborate with internal departments to ensure that training initiatives align with business goals, meet regulatory requirements and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. To achieve this, we require someone with experience in creating, delivering and evaluating training programs, as well as the ability to develop content for both in-house and client-facing programs.

Key qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences
* Approximately 5 years' experience in a training role, preferably in the life sciences or laboratory services industry
* Strong understanding of lab procedures, equipment and industry regulations
* Familiarity with ISO, OSHA and FDA standards
* Proven track record in delivering lab-based training
