You will be the go-to person for all internal IT needs, supporting a team of 60+ users and ensuring our systems are secure, stable, and efficient. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and confident managing a wide range of technologies independently.Role OverviewAs the firm's primary in-house IT resource, you will manage and maintain our entire technology environment. You will troubleshoot issues, optimise system performance, and implement improvements across devices, networks, and cloud platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesUser & Device SupportProvide day-to-day support for Windows desktops and laptops for 60+ users.Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues quickly and efficiently.Manage device lifecycle: setup, deployment, patching, and replacement.VOIP & CommunicationsSet up, configure, and troubleshoot VOIP phone systems.Manage extensions, call routing, softphones, and handset provisioning.Cloud, Identity & System AdministrationAdminister Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related services.Manage Azure AD identity, conditional access policies, licensing and role assignments.Maintain Intune for device compliance, provisioning, and security policies.Use PowerShell for automation, scripting, and bulk configurations (expert level preferred).Network & InfrastructureConfigure and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, modems, and other network devices.Optimise network performance, uptime, and security.Work with external ISPs and vendors when required.Security & Best PracticeApply cybersecurity principles across systems and endpoints.Support security audits, patching, password policies, and access management.Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals is desirable (but not essential).Required Skills & ExperienceStrong background in Windows desktop support in a multi-user environment.Solid experience administering Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.Demonstrated ability to configure and troubleshoot VOIP systems.Hands-on experience with network hardware (firewalls, switches, routers).Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a professional services environment (legal/financial/etc.).Certifications such as MS-900, AZ-104, MD-102, or similar.Exposure to cybersecurity concepts or frameworks.Why Join Us?Take full ownership of an entire IT environment.Work in a supportive, professional, and forward-thinking team.Competitive compensation with opportunities for growth and upskillinJob Type: Full-timePay: €45,000.00-€75,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
