Talent Acquisition Specialist (Early Careers) Dublin (Hybrid) | ? 12-Month Contract We're currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Early Careers) to join a leading organisation's recruitment team, supporting the delivery of high-quality hiring across graduate, internship, and apprenticeship programmes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, partnering closely with the business to attract and hire top early-career talent.
The Role You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for early careers roles across multiple business areas, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle recruitment for early careers roles (graduates, interns, apprentices) Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and campus events Screen and assess candidates for skills, culture fit, and potential Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback to hiring managers Manage candidate pipelines and deliver a strong candidate experience Partner with HR, hiring managers, and stakeholders across the business Provide regular recruitment reporting and insights Support wider talent acquisition projects and initiatives Stay up to date with market trends and employment legislation ? Requirements 3+ years' experience in recruitment, ideally in a high-volume environment Experience hiring for early careers / graduate programmes Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and organisational skills Full lifecycle recruitment experience Experience using ATS and recruitment tools ?
