Job Title: Company Secretarial Administrator (Formations)
Reports to: Corporate Services Manager, Company Bureau Formations

We are currently seeking to recruit a Company Secretarial Administrator to join our fantastic team, in response to continued growth in our business. If you are a team player, with an interest in company law or administration, this could be the role for you. Company law and compliance is an exciting area of the law to work within due to its ever-changing landscape. This creates opportunities for company secretaries or for those who wish to get into the industry.
Summary of the position:
The Company Secretarial Administrator will join our well established high-performing Corporate Services Department and be responsible for general administrative duties and deliver the excellent service and experience to our valued clients that we are known for. The successful candidate will learn how to register various company types as well as how to keep them compliant with the Companies Act 2014 and other relevant legislation. The successful candidate will be able to apply for hybrid remote working in this role if they desire.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Registration of companies
* Dealing with inbound client enquiries
* Involvement in customer service processes and systems
* Data capture and CRM administration
* Carrying out anti-money laundering (AML) checks
* Annual Company Law Compliance
* Company Secretarial Support Services
* Generation of legal documents
* Client Account Management
* Assisting with Projects
* Other administrative duties as required
Skills and Experience Required
* Excellent interpersonal skills – a pleasant phone manner and customer service skills are essential
* Previous experience in a similar role or in the areas outlined above is a distinct advantage, but is not a requirement
* Third level qualification is an advantage but not necessary.
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Sharp attention to detail and good decision-making skills
* Perfect written & oral English essential
* A fast learner with strong business acumen
* Ability to develop & maintain relationships with clients, key partners and fellow team members
* Excellent IT and Computer Skills
* Must possess strong teamworking skills and the ability and skill-set to work remotely
* Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
* Ability to interpret key data and analytics quickly and deliver on company and team KPIs
