* Maintaining the Effectiveness of the Quality System
* Ensuring Compliance with Site and Divisional Policies and Procedures
* Supporting Cross-Functional Relationships with Departments like R&D, Technical, Engineering, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain the quality system to ensure compliance with site and divisional policies and procedures.
2. Collaborate with engineering teams in collecting, compiling, measuring, and recording data to inform quality decisions.
3. Promote continuous improvement by maintaining quality management systems, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing improvements.
4. Ensure accuracy and integrity of associated quality records.
5. Raise quality/compliance concerns to relevant stakeholders.
6. Present status updates, report metrics, identify potential issues, and suggest improvement initiatives as applicable.
7. Ensure readiness for audits within area of responsibility.
8. Identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the quality system and product quality.
9. Support operations teams in making quality/compliance decisions on products during processing, manufacturing, and testing.
Requirements:
* Minimum NFQ Level 6 Qualification in Engineering, Science, or Manufacturing qualification.
* Minimum 2 years experience in food/medical/pharmaceutical industry.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
