Administrator, Charity Rate: €18ph 3 Month Contract
Our client, a registered charity based in Dublin 8, is seeking an Administrator to provide day-to-day office and reception support on a three-month full-time contract. This is an onsite Monday–Friday role, ideal for someone organized, friendly, and reliable who enjoys varied administrative work in a collaborative setting.

Salary:
€18 per hour
Contract:
3-Month Temporary Contract | Full Time (35 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide front-of-house and general administrative support across the organization.
* Greet visitors, manage phones and inboxes, and handle post and deliveries.
* Record and acknowledge incoming donations and maintain accurate data entries.
* Assist with events and campaigns through efficient coordination and follow-up.
* Support colleagues with document preparation, filing, and database updates.
* Represent the organization professionally at all times.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in administration, office support, or customer service.
* Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, approachable manner.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); database experience an advantage.
* Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a small team.
