MIAS Pharma also offers oversight of European Qualified Person services, regulatory compliance of manufacturing, testing, repackaging/relabelling, shipment and transportation activities, and responsibilities as a Market Authorisation Holder.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Commercial Director with a very competitive salary. The role is located in Portmarnock, Co. Dublin (2 days on site and 3 days remote work). The Associate Commercial Director will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new clients by prospecting / hunting and converting leads into customers and actively closing deals in line with performance targets linked to territory. This involves building new business for both the ROI and UK MIAS Pharma entities and to nurture new and existing clients to realise growth objectives. We are looking for someone who can leverage their own network of leads and use Hubspot to prospect new leads to secure new logos to continue to build the Sales pipeline.Qualifications and Person SpecificationEducation Degree level in Sales, business administration, business management, communications, marketing, or other relevant areas preferable.10 Years experience in Sales in Solution Service based selling in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.Knowledge of Regulatory, IMP and commercial launches is essential.Experience working in a commercial environment is essential.Consultancy experience in a Regulatory environment is desireable.Understanding of our market (CDMO's, Packaging & Regulatory Companies)Proficient in use of technology tools such as CRM (e.g. Hubspot), Microsoft & other relevant computerised systemsThe ideal candidate will be a person who:Has experience in setting up new business via a good network of potential clients within the Pharma Industry.Has a strong pipeline of contacts / networks and can develop and maintain an effective network of contacts.A strategic thinker who can map out the bigger picture and work with clients to build solutions for them.Is assertive, sociable, authoritive and empathetic and has a sense of urgency and is deadline and results orientated.
