The Roles
* Finance Administrators will be responsible for handling and processing finance documents, maintaining records, and accurately tracking information.
* They are entrusted with the examination of finance documents and papers to ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and regulations.
* One key aspect of their role is following and administering Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. This involves verifying the identity of customers and assessing potential risk of illegal activities.
* Another big part of their job is ensuring Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. This entails detecting, preventing, and managing money laundering activities.
* They also provide administrative and operational support to other teams in the financial institution, solving queries, and providing relevant information when required.
Your Profile
1. The candidate should have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Bachelor's Degree is often preferred.
2. Experience or knowledge of loan administration, KYC, and AML protocols is advantageous but not essential.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in using finance-related software and databases, along with Microsoft Office applications.
5. Effective communication skills both orally and written, as they'll be interacting with various internal teams and possibly customers.
