Role description:
* 100% outbound SDR role focused on the German market (some UKI exposure as you ramp)
* Responsibilities:
o Prospecting into target accounts using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong
o Making 50 outbound calls/day
o Booking 5–10 qualified meetings/week
o Managing pipeline and activity metrics
o Collaborating with AEs to ensure smooth handover
* Team currently ~100% quota attainment
