Service Manager The Company: Our client is a well-established engineering services provider supporting industrial and commercial customers across Ireland.
The company specialises in the supply, servicing, and maintenance of technical equipment used across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, logistics, and infrastructure.
With a strong reputation for reliability and customer support, the business continues to expand its service division and is now seeking a Service Manager to lead and develop its engineering team from its Rathcoole-based facility.
The Candidate: Our client is looking for: A candidate with experience managing service engineers or technical field teams * A background in engineering, maintenance, or technical service environments * Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate workloads and manage service operations * Experience tracking and reporting KPIs and operational performance metrics * A people-focused leader with experience in training, mentoring, and developing engineering teams * Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with engineers, management, and customers The Role: The successful candidate will be based in Rathcoole and will have the following responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of service engineers, ensuring high standards of service delivery * Coordinate service schedules, engineer workloads, and response times across the service team * Monitor and report on KPIs, service performance, and operational efficiency * Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to support engineer development * Work closely with management to improve service processes and operational performance * Support the resolution of technical issues and ensure customer service standards are maintained * Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company service standards * Assist with planning and implementing improvements to the service department The Package: Salary: €60,000 - €65,000 per annum * Company pension scheme * Leadership role within a growing engineering services organisation * Long-term career progression opportunities Location: Rathcoole, Dublin BMS Performance specialises in recruiting Engineering professionals nationally.
