About the Position
* This is a senior commercial role that plays a critical part in the commercial team's drive for revenue growth and optimization.
As the Revenue Systems Manager, you will have deep expertise in Revenue Management (RM) systems, with strong technical proficiency and a passion for driving system optimization and commercial impact.
Main Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for owning and managing the full Revenue Management systems portfolio, ensuring strong performance, accurate configuration, and reliable data integrity.
* Lead system optimization, parameter tuning, upgrades, testing, and ongoing maintenance across all RM platforms.
* Collaborate with technology teams and external vendors to enhance capabilities and support future developments such as dynamic pricing and AI-driven optimization.
* Benchmark RM processes against industry standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Develop and implement best practices across forecasting, pricing, segmentation, overbooking, and inventory control.
* Provide training, guidance, and support to build capability across the RM team.
* Closely collaborate with commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure RM systems support wider business objectives.
* Cordinate with partner businesses or alliances to ensure system and process alignment where required.
