Skills & Responsibilities:
* 3 years in web-based technology environments & related dependencies between platforms, database, & application levels.
* Support of real-time transaction processing applications.
* Experience in Microsoft SQL Server product stack; Databases, Integrations Services, and Reporting Services.
* Strong SQL skills.
* Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.
* Experience in enterprise incident management practices.
* Working knowledge of application development.
* Networking protocols, DNS, HTTP, load balancing, web servers.
* Experience with Azure Cloud & RunDeck Scheduling System.
* Determine root cause of service degradation & look for indicators of potential issues.
* Communicate with 3rd parties, partners, & internal teams regarding technical issues.
* Work with infrastructure & development teams to improve system reliability.
* Document and refine internal policies and procedures.
