Head of Nursing Services
The Head of Nursing Services is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality nursing and social care to residents in a care facility.
1. Service Delivery: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by implementing effective quality management systems, monitoring clinical practice, and conducting regular audits.
2. Operational Management: Oversee administrative procedures, manage financial records, and maintain accurate budget reports.
3. Leadership and Governance: Foster positive relationships with staff, external agencies, and residents through effective communication and participation in local community activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a qualified RGN degree, at least 3 years experience in caring for older individuals, and a post-registration management qualification in health or a related field.
