We're looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at Locke in Dublin. We are recruiting for Zanzibar and Beckett Locke's
About Us
We are edyn, a leading hospitality company dedicated to providing unique and memorable experiences for our guests. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in our success by creating exceptional culinary offerings. We are currently recruiting for various roles across our London Locke properties
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and recipe creation
* Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food production activities
* Ensure high-quality standards are met in food preparation and presentation
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
* Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the catering & hospitality industry
* Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications
