About You
* Fully qualified Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a qualified accountant
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in practice, ideally in a tax advisory and compliance role
* Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax legislation, commentary, and case law
* Proven experience managing client relationships and leading projects to completion
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Comfortable working under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
About Your Role
Always:
* Leading a team delivering tax advisory and compliance services across a diverse client portfolio
* Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, providing strategic and practical tax advice
* Managing and developing client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Often:
* Advising on business structures, M&A transactions, succession planning, and other strategic opportunities
* Coordinating work across multiple departments to provide integrated client solutions
* Contributing to departmental targets for billing, net fee income, and cash collection
Occasionally:
* Supporting business development and marketing initiatives at team and departmental levels
* Mentoring and coaching team members to support their professional development
* Participating in strategic planning and internal improvement initiatives

* Performing purely routine compliance tasks without strategic or advisory input
