In this role, you’ll be at the heart of engaging with both our local and international communities, leading marketing campaigns, and supporting key initiatives that drive Quartz’s global growth.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and community building and who’s excited to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative startup on the rise.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Engagement:Build, nurture, and grow the local and international Quartz community by engaging with users, enthusiasts, and industry professionals.Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses.Marketing Strategy & Execution:Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to an online first audience.Content Creation:Produce high-quality content including blog posts, social media updates, video shorts / reels, newsletters, and other marketing materials that promote and showcase Quartz and our mission.Coordinate with content creators and designers to ensure a consistent brand message.Experiment with AI tools to produce engaging visuals, videos, and branded content.Analytics & Reporting:Monitor campaign performance and community engagement metrics.Provide regular updates and insights to help shape future marketing strategiesDesired Qualifications & SkillsExperience:Proven experience in marketing, community management, or a related field.Experience in blockchain, fintech, or tech ecosystems is highly desirable but not required.Knowledge:Strong understanding of social platforms and online communities:Discord, X, Telegram, Tiktok & Instagram.Knowledge / Interest in finance, investments and the future of money.Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Creativity & Initiative:A self-starter who can generate creative ideas and execute them effectively.Technical Aptitude:Familiarity with content creation tools (AI video/image generators, editing software, etc.)Organizational Skills:Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Networking:Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and community partners.What We OfferThe opportunity to be a key player in a dynamic and innovative fintech ecosystem.Work with a fast paced team that won 5th in Payments for the global Colosseum hackathon.A supportive and collaborative work environment where your ideas are valued.Access to a vast network of industry experts and fintech / blockchain enthusiasts through Superteam chapters across the globe.While this role is currently unpaid, we are actively fundraising.
