We are currently seeking a Sales Specialist with previous sales experience in instrumentation. However, we will consider applications from candidates with relevant laboratory experience who are looking to transition into sales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our Analytical Solutions Division products in the Munster Region. The product portfolio includes Separation Sciences, such as Gas Chromatography (GC) and Liquid Chromatography (LC), and Spectroscopy, including Ultraviolet (UV), Infrared (IR), Atomic Absorption (AA), and Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP & ICPMS).
Responsibilities:
* Compete for all sales opportunities within the territory
* Build and maintain relationships with customers
* Gain knowledge of customer funding procedures
* Develop and maintain CRM customer/prospect records
* Attend seminars, exhibitions, and demonstrations to promote business
* Maintain knowledge of products and prepare presentation aids
Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or similar
* Full Irish driving licence
* Proven sales experience in laboratory instrumentation (an advantage)
* Sales training will be given to laboratory technicians/scientists with relevant experience
