About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction / Building Project Manager to join our team on a large healthcare development programme in Dublin 8.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and supervise the execution of major & minor capital works throughout the area of responsibility
* Manage specific Minor & Major projects within the program
* Provide Project Management services, including contract administration of key capital development programmes
* Prepare comprehensive briefs for proposed major and minor capital projects
* Project Manage assigned Design Team professionals, including Architects, Engineers, Civil Structural and Mechanical and Electrical consultancy practices
* Prepare budgets for proposed Minor & Major Capital work programmes
* Ensure compliance with EU procurement, SJH and HSE financial regulations

Eligibility Criteria
* Hold a Level 8 (or higher) Quality & Qualifications Ireland (QQI) major academic award in Architecture*, Engineering* or Surveying*
* Have Full Membership of the relevant professional association: Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Engineers Ireland, Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland
* Have at least 7 years' satisfactory & relevant experience in planning, design, project management or construction of buildings
* Possess excellent communications skills
* Demonstrate a good knowledge and experience of the construction and maintenance of buildings, equipment and services and building regulations and guidelines
