Quality and Regulatory Affairs Professional
We are seeking a seasoned Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our team on a 23-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive quality improvement initiatives, patient safety activities, and clinical effectiveness projects that align with organizational objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing valid internal and external standards to measure quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
* Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
* Cultivate effective working relationships with healthcare professionals to promote best practices and standards in quality care.
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to quality assurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
* Degree or higher-level qualification in Healthcare or a related field.
* Postgraduate education in Quality in Healthcare or a related area.
* A minimum of 6 years of experience in quality improvement projects within a healthcare setting.
* Proven track record of driving quality initiatives and enhancing patient outcomes.
