Objective:
The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and placing top-tier candidates in a seamless and successful recruitment process.
* Sourcing Talent: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events and other channels to identify exceptional candidates.
* Assessing Candidates: Conduct interviews and evaluations to ensure candidates meet the requirements of each role.
* Collaborating: Partner with the Managing Director to streamline the recruitment process from outreach to final interviews.
* Enhancing Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed as a Freelance Recruiter, you will need:
* Fluent English proficiency for effective communication.
* Proven experience in international recruitment, particularly in sourcing volume and language-specific roles.
* Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
* Tech-savviness; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus but not required.
