Seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage existing client relationships, while actively seeking new business opportunities.
* Conduct comprehensive financial reviews with clients, providing advice on retirement planning, investments, and insurance products.
* Develop and maintain a robust prospect pipeline, aiming to expand the client base and achieve sales targets.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of client records on the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Nurture and develop relationships with an existing client base.
* Expand the client base through proactive networking and external partnerships.
* Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client expectations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferable).
* Essential qualifications include QFA, with RPA, AIIPM, and CFP being desirable.
* Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the Life and Pensions industry, preferably within a broker environment.
* Proven track record in achieving annual sales targets and a strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
