Administrative Assistant L)DescriptionJob Summary:To provide administrative support to the Dublin officeJob Duties:Manage the visitor and reception function for the office.Answer switchboard calls and route to relevant destination.Book visitors in at ground level reception.Ensure that guest arrivals are acknowledged by the host and assistance given when required.Directly support senior and executive managers with any administrative tasks (e.g., diary keeping, travel, expenses etc.).Oversee the meeting room schedule for the Dublin office and organise any refreshments/lunches that may be required.Manage inbound and outbound post, including couriers.Work on ad-hoc projects as directed by the office manager.Support the office manager with any facilities matters (health and safety, ordering stationary/consumables etc.).QualificationsJob Requirements:A minimum of 3 years' administrative experienceAble to work with senior individuals professionallyConfident and friendly with excellent communication skillsCustomer service centric mentalityAbility to use own initiativeComputer literate particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent attention to detailPrimary Location: IE-IE-DublinJob: AdministrationEmployee Status:RegularJob Type:StandardJob Posting: Nov 5, 2025, 4:00:39 AMPay BasisYearly
