About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Servicing Excellence Manager to lead our residential services and ensure delivery of high-quality, responsive, and sustainable care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders and leading a team of operational staff.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in health or social care management, with experience in ensuring services meet regulatory standards. They will be able to promote a culture of continuous improvement and embed best practices within our organization.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure service delivery meets identified needs and wishes of those we support, allowing for active participation and engagement.
* Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement, where shared learning opportunities are optimized and national/international best practice is embedded at the earliest opportunity.
* Lead and direct operational staff within services to ensure robust people management principles are embedded, fostering a strong cross-functional team working ethos.
* Ensure quality and safety is at the forefront of service provision and services delivered adhere to internal and external quality and registration standards.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* An appropriate third-level qualification in Health and Social Care management or equivalent.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in management or supervisory roles in health or social care.
* Demonstrable knowledge of HIQA regulations and relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
* A full, clean driving license.
* Action-orientated with a flexible approach to working hours and travel.
