Senior Engineering Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Leader to drive site reliability, maintenance excellence, and the successful delivery of major capital projects across our large-scale production site in Cork.
This is a senior leadership role that involves leading and developing a multidisciplinary team of engineers and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale capital investment projects from concept through commissioning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring plant reliability and uptime through effective preventive maintenance systems. They will also partner with senior management on strategic site development and sustainability initiatives. Additionally, they will oversee budgets, contractors, and compliance with all safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) and have strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. They will also have a strong understanding of utilities, automation, and process improvement.

Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
* Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role within manufacturing.
* Strong track record delivering CAPEX projects exceeding €1 M+.
* Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
* Strong understanding of utilities, automation, and process improvement.
