Join and be part of our first office in Dublin. I'm looking to speak with fluent German (Deutsch) speakers in the sales industry for a well-established American Software company. You are a high-energy person who enjoys fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.Prospect into buyer personas: Small Businesses, C-Suite/ Marketing personas.Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual New Logo targets.Manage the full sales cycle.Manage a sales pipeline in CRM, while maximizing prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach.Handle quote creation and order processing.Collaborate with the Sales ecosystem like Marketing, Account Development, Solutions Architects, and others.Who you are 2+ years of full-cycle sales closing experience.Fluent in German & English.Familiarity with software, strong knowledge of the E-commerce/ Retailers/ Brands domain.Demonstrated consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment.Demonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation strategies.College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred but not required).What we offer Salary up to 130K OTE.Healthcare and Pension Scheme.Generous commission structure.Full-time permanent contract.Exciting career progression opportunities.Employee stock benefits.Location: Grand Canal D4, hybrid model.
