Job Description
This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to end-users both remotely and onsite via a help desk system. The successful candidate will provide top-quality support, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new starters.
The IT Support Specialist will assist with common applications, operating systems, and basic network issues, as well as perform Active Directory user and group administration. They will also offer guidance and support for software applications, including Microsoft Office and email clients.
Key responsibilities include installing and configuring computer hardware and peripherals, operating systems, and applications, as well as troubleshooting hardware faults and referring them to third parties when necessary.
Additionally, the successful candidate will deal with how-to and information requests, including data security and ICT policies. They will also liaison with local and national ICT teams to find root causes for recurring issues.

Requirements
* 1-3 years of experience in an IT support role
* Proficiency with Windows operating systems
* Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email clients)
* Basic understanding of networking principles
* Knowledge of Active Directory
