Job DescriptionMapping Audit Contractor (10–12 Weeks, Galway)Electronic Arts is seeking a temporary Web Strategy Contractor to handle work focused onverifying and correcting mappings between Help systems. They will be dedicated toconducting manual verification, documenting issues, requesting fixes, and validatingcorrections. This project requires a detail-oriented contractor to perform audits, maintainprogress trackers, and produce final validation reports confirming accuracy.The engagement will run approximately 10–12 weeks (mid-November through February,remote) and will report to the Sr. Channel Strategist. The ideal candidate has experience indata validation, content QA, or web operations, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and theability to manage large datasets with precision. Familiarity with Help, Config App, orsimilar CMS/support tools is a plus.Primary Responsibilities* Audit The Experience Atlas (TEA) article mappings against the live Help site toensure accuracy and completeness.* Identify incorrect, missing, or outdated solution links and document all mismatchesclearly.* Submit weekly fix requests to the Config team, tracking completion and progress.* Perform revalidation of mappings after fixes are implemented, confirmingresolution.* Maintain detailed tracking of all audit activities, findings, and resolutions in shareddocumentation.* Partner with the Sr. Channel Strategist and Config contacts to ensure auditconsistency and accuracy.* Deliver a final summary report outlining results, issues, and recommendations forfuture audits.Additional Responsibilities* Conduct spot-checks in localized versions (top three languages) to confirmconsistency across translations.* Support QA/QV efforts for related Connect Flow initiatives.* Identify recurring mapping issues and propose process or tooling improvements.* Participate in weekly syncs to review progress, blockers, and upcoming validationbatches.Skills and Experience* Proven experience in data validation, content auditing, or quality assurance work(preferably within a digital or web environment).* High attention to detail with the ability to track and manage large datasetsaccurately.* Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets (filtering, conditional formatting, datacleanup).* Comfort with comparing and analyzing structured data (e.g., URLs, metadata,content tags).* Excellent written communication skills for documenting mismatches and reportingprogress.* Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with multiple stakeholderteams.* Familiarity with Help, Config App, or other internal publishing tools.* Experience using AI-assisted comparison tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel formulas, orscripting) to identify discrepancies.* Basic understanding of localization or multilingual content workflows.* Prior experience in web operations, CMS management, or support platform content(e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar).
